GENERAL:

By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

The product shipping costs will be paid by the buyers.

Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or institution at the address specified by the buyer within a maximum of 30 days, provided that it does not exceed the legal period. If the product is not delivered within this time frame, the buyers may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications mentioned in the order, along with any warranty certificates, user manuals, and relevant documents.

If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must inform the buyer about this situation in writing within 3 days of learning about the situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:

If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product will be voided.

SHOPPING MADE WITH THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:

After the product has been delivered, if it is determined that the buyer's payment credit card has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons, and the payment for the product is not made by the relevant bank or financial institution to the seller, the buyer is obligated to return the product within 3 days with the shipping costs borne by the seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:

If unforeseen force majeure circumstances occur, making it impossible for the seller to deliver the product on time, the situation will be notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or a postponement of the delivery until the obstruction is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order, the amount paid by cash will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels the order, the product amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of cancellation. However, it is possible that the refund may take 2-3 weeks to appear in the buyer’s account.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

Before receiving the product/service subject to the contract, the buyer will inspect it and will not accept any damaged or defective products (e.g., dented, broken, or torn packaging). If the product/service is accepted, it will be deemed to be free from damage. After delivery, the buyer is responsible for carefully preserving the product/service. If the right of withdrawal will be used, the product/service must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract and reject the product without any legal or criminal liability and without any reason, by notifying the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product to the BUYER or the person/institution designated by the BUYER.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. If the service has begun with the consumer’s approval before the right of withdrawal period has ended, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

The costs resulting from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER.

To use the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the SELLER by registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must be unused as specified in the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" section of this contract.

USAGE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The invoice for the product delivered to a third party or the BUYER (If the product invoice to be returned is corporate, the return invoice issued by the institution must also be sent with it. Orders whose invoices are issued in the name of institutions will not be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)

The return form, along with the product’s box, packaging, and any standard accessories, must be delivered in full and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

The SELLER is obliged to refund the total price and any documents binding the buyer within 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice, and the product must be returned within 20 days.

If the product value decreases or the return becomes impossible due to the BUYER's fault, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER for the damages in proportion to the fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for any changes or damage to the product caused by appropriate use during the right of withdrawal period.

If the use of the right of withdrawal results in the campaign discount being reduced below the campaign limit, the discount amount enjoyed under the campaign will be canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:

Products that are made according to the buyer's request or clearly for personal needs, which cannot be returned, such as underwear, swimwear bottoms, makeup products, disposable products, perishable goods, or goods that may expire; products that become unsanitary or unfit for return once the packaging is opened by the buyer, items mixed with other products after delivery and impossible to separate due to their nature, subscription-based products, newspapers, and magazines, electronic services performed immediately, or intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly; sound or video recordings, books, digital content, software, data storage devices, and computer consumables cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened by the buyer.

Cosmetics, personal care products, lingerie, swimsuits, books, writable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassette tapes, and office supplies (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and not tried to be eligible for return.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

If the buyer defaults in payment with a credit card, the buyer agrees and undertakes to pay interest under the credit card contract with the bank and be responsible to the bank. In this case, the bank may take legal action, claim the related costs and attorney fees from the buyer, and if the buyer defaults, they will be liable for the damages suffered by the seller due to the delayed payment.

You can use your credit card for payment on our site, benefiting from online single payment or installment options. For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of the transaction.
